I am a technical lead and senior Power Platform developer, based in Mexico and working remotely. I have been building on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform for over 14 years — mostly for enterprise teams, mostly the unglamorous parts: extensibility, integrations, data flows, and the engineering practices that keep all of it maintainable.
This site is where I write down the things I had to work out the hard way. Most posts are short and specific: a snippet that solves one problem, with enough context to explain why it works.
#What I do
I work across the full delivery path rather than one slice of it: defining functional and technical specifications, designing end-to-end business processes, then doing the customization and extensibility work myself.
On the engineering side that means plug-ins and custom workflow activities in C#, JavaScript and PowerShell automation, custom components with PCF, SSRS reporting, and SSIS-based data flows.

Senior Dynamics CRM developer · L3 support engineer — Cognizant (2019 – 2021) Dynamics 365 Sales for one of the world's largest airlines, and level-3 support for a global life sciences company whose field teams across the USA and Canada ran on Dynamics and Resco mobile.

Dynamics CRM developer — Softtek (2016 – 2017) Sales and Service implementation for a US fitness chain with more than 240 locations.
Dynamics CRM developer — Ho1a Innovación (2014 – 2016) Marketing module and data-quality work for a major Latin American online travel agency, ending in a migration of unified client data to Dynamics CRM Online.
Dynamics CRM developer — Syndeo (2012 – 2014) Where I started on Dynamics. Syndeo was later acquired by Ho1a Innovación.
#Tools I reach for
Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse day to day, with the Common Data Model and SAP integration underneath the larger rollouts.
Around them: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, PCF, PowerShell, T-SQL with SSIS and SSRS, Tailwind, and Laravel — which is what this blog runs on. Azure DevOps, GitHub and Copilot for the day-to-day, working in Agile teams.
